    Description

    Apartment located in one of the best areas of San Sebastián, in the center of the city, next to the beautiful beach of La Concha. This location is perfect for a couple or family vacation in a newly built apartment in a new building. It has very modern equipment and is very well furnished, with a maximum capacity of 3 people.
    The main bedroom has a double bed with private bathroom, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room is also the kitchen and a second bathroom and has a nice balcony for sunbathing if you prefer to stay at home instead of going to the beach. It is a fantastic place to enjoy your stay in San Sebastián, It is located in a safe and lively area, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and all the services you may need. Getting to the old town is just 10 minutes walk through a pedestrian walkway full of shops that has a wonderful atmosphere. It is very close to La Concha beach, where you can enjoy a day sunbathing after a short 5 minute walk.
    The apartment is adapted, without architectural barriers.

      The SMART URBAN apartment is a beautiful apartment located in the heart of San Sebastián, on the pedestrian street, close to everything. The house, with elevator, is located on the third floor of the building. One step away from La Concha beach, the old part of the city and the entire commercial area. It has a large living room, separate kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a second bedroom with bunk beds. Perfect for a getaway as a couple or with children and get to know the city.
