General conditions

In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:

- Free cancellation up to 21 days before the check-in date.

- If the cancellation occurs within 21 days before the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the rental amount will be applied.

- For Non-Refundable bookings, a penalty of 100% of the rental amount will always apply.
