This location is perfect for a couple or family vacation in a newly built apartment in a new building. It has very modern equipment and is very well furnished, with a maximum capacity of 3 people.

The living room is also the kitchen and a second bathroom and has a nice balcony for sunbathing if you prefer to stay at home instead of going to the beach. It is a fantastic place to enjoy your stay in San Sebastián, It is located in a safe and lively area, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and all the services you may need. Getting to the old town is just 10 minutes walk through a pedestrian walkway full of shops that has a wonderful atmosphere. It is very close to La Concha beach, where you can enjoy a day sunbathing after a short 5 minute walk.
