The check in process was not good. Although the key collection was clear and fine, there was literally just an address and little map. No mention of which apartment it was amongst about 15. No mention of which parking space to use or how to access thsee more

No mention of which parking space to use or how to access the garage. No mention of the parking policy on the roadside which would have been very useful for non-Spanish visitors.
There was basically no information. I wonder if the envelope we were given was missing a few pages of information as that would make sense. The company required a huge amount of our personal information but the exchange of information was not reciprocated. So I would suggest the rental company provide these details |
